La Piccionaia is the largest apartment in the Holiday House La Capannina di Matteo, decorated with taste and elegance and located entirely on the first floor of the main farmhouse.
On the first floor, there is a large living room furnished with comfortable sofas, that leads into the completely equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine at the guests’ disposal.
On the same floor, there are also 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and 2 bathrooms each with a shower. Thanks to an easily accessible wooden staircase, situated in a corner of the kitchen, it is possible to reach the floor above, the dovecote or ‘pigeon loft’, originally used to host the doves and pigeons of the farm. The third bedroom with twin beds is located there.
